PRIVACY

What we collect

If you join our first-release list, we collect the email address you choose to submit. We use it to communicate occasional updates about Heritage No. 01 and the launch of Live Oak South.

Where it is stored

Our site is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores information submitted through our signup form. Their services may process technical data required for site delivery and security.

Sharing

We do not sell the email addresses submitted through our first-release form. We may use a reputable email delivery service when we begin sending launch announcements.

Your choices

You may ask to be removed from the first-release list by contacting us via Instagram @shopliveoaksouth. Once we begin sending marketing emails, you can also use the unsubscribe option in those messages.

Updates

We may update this notice as our website and services evolve.
